To report a streetlight outage.
Streetlights at Lake Wilson Preserve are the responsibility of Duke Energy. The HOA reports any outages that we are aware of to Duke Energy. They are very responsive, with most outages repaired within 48 hours. If you notice a streetlight outage, you can report it online at www.progress-energy.com/streetlightrepair or you can call them on 1-800-700-8744. You will need the physical location of the streetlight and/or the streetlight number. This can be found on a yellow plate at the base of the streetlight. You can also report a street light issue to Duke Energy with the online/interactive reporting tool. https://salor-web.duke-energy.app/#/home/map/fl
